Ice on a mountain is no joke.

Some of those switchbacks if you go off the edge you’re about to die a horrible death.

That’s why the locals live at the bottom of the mountains and the outsiders live at the top.

Dr. Josh on WBRZ even explained to viewers that if ice forms on roads it will take warmer temperatures to melt it. Brilliant!!

But he’s not even right. Ice can melt below 32 if it’s in direct sunlight.

Interesting.

I used To call on George Walker as a drug rep.

He wore Bermuda shorts with a Hawaiian shirt every day.

We’re right outside of Raleigh…. Lots and lots of sleet but minimal ice. Just started sleeting hard again. Should be the end of it

In Charlotte... Coming down pretty good right now... Kinda sleetish.... It needs to knock it off soon or it could be a problem in a couple of hours

Spent a lot of time there. Brevard sits in a valley and a lot of weather systems don’t have the power to stay together when they hit the first set of mountains. Or they have just enough and blow themselves out in the valley.

I got caught there in the second scenario on a Friday afternoon and got 18” of snow dumped on me in less than 24 hours. We were stuck there until Tuesday afternoon.

There’s a segment of the population that like to invite illegals into the country, pay taxes so they can have all kinds of free shite while suffering through multiple years of 15% inflation and 50-75% increase in housing costs, endless increases in health care costs, then go to protest for said illegals and resist arrest while armed and try to run over cops.

They’re not smart, they need certain common sense things explained to them.

It must be terrible to have your life so saturated with politics thst you can’t read a simple weather thread without feeling the need to try to twist the conversation to political rhetoric.

Hopefully, you can step back and realize what is important in life….because it isn’t politics.

Just got off the phone with my elderly parents who live in that part of the world. They said it wasn't that bad where they are and it was much worse to the east of them...
