The Navy used to have an admiral in charge of safety violations. He would send a fleetwide broadcast of "Naval Darwin Awards" each month discussing the worst of the worst in terms of stupid injuries on the job.
It ranged from E-7's getting DUI's and wrecking Navy owned cars to guys falling off stuff trying to show off to their shipmates.
The ways sailors accidentally electrocuted themselves was hilariously appalling.
It was awesome to read.

My nephew is an airframer on the Eisenhower, he talks about how dangerous it is all the time
