A Biden appointed lesbian judge just blocked the trans ban.
The judicial branch is making itself irrelevant. District judges think they can override the will of the people and usurp executive branch’s authority. This cannot stand.

Dems have always done a better job at picking left wing activist judges who aren’t willing to out their politics aside with threir rulings. They are party first not country first.
