Friend of mine does anesthesia. He told me that some dude in the ER was extremely well hung and apparently all the nurses were talking about it. Word started getting around the ER and all the nurses started finding reasons to go in and "check on the patient"

HIPAA and HITECH says she can take unidentifiable pictures for educational, diagnostic or treatment reasons. I'm sure she wasn't doing that, however.
