American Heart association recommends no more than 2300mg of sodium a day, ideal of 1500mg of sodium

He just ate 50,320mg of sodium if he really did eat 74.

Ontop of that, he's likely training year round eating like this often (I mean look at youtube and all of those guys eating a frickton of food weekly or every other week).

Would be surprised if he didn't develop heart failure or kidney disease
