By all accounts, the man in the ICU is from a fight that occurred Monday night, not the brawl in the video. The brawl seems to have occurred May 23rd, but otherwise there is no information on it.

I have seen a few people on here say that the bars just don't feel like hiring proper security. How are they able to just make that decision and not get bent over in court after these events?

Yup! Except the girls posted the picture around 5pm on the 24th.. which would mean this fight occurred on the 24th or early morning on the 25th. (unless the girls posted the picture the day after, which is possible).
The news articles that mention the Monday aggressor guy seem to be very confused or misled by the title of this post.

So basically it was a run of the mill tigerland fight in which no weapons were used and nobody went to the hospital and some clowns on OT want serious justice for it. Got it!

As far as I'm aware no one has asked the hospitals if someone was brought in on the correct night.
You're clearly trolling or know the perp if you don't see a problem in what could have very easily turned into a homicide. Several boots to the head of concussed individuals pinned between brick walls and car bumpers is absolutely criminal and potentially deadly. Whatever time these criminals get in jail they should feel lucky that no one died as a result of their stupidity and willful intent to cause great bodily harm to another.

Maybe you can fill me in on a few details. They all looked 18-22-ish. They all had brown hair, no shirt and were skinny as hell. There were a few exceptions.
How in the blue hell did they know who to hit and who not to hit? There were 5 different individuals and 20 clones.
How did the girls fit in? They were in the middle of everything but safe. While not relevant, a handful of them were extremely attractive.
What was the fight about? What did ole baw with the kicked head do to deserve that?
I guess what I am really wondering is what happened?
