You should read up on tidal locking, it's pretty common.

More like water rush. Someone will figure out a way to sell this as some new fancy kind of water. Can't wait for all the stupid "Moon Water pH moon balanced for extreme athletes optimized for couch surfing and nugget binges." I mean people pay out the arse for bottled tap water so why not for moon inspired water.
