You essentially had two 11' travel lanes in both directions and a 9ish foot wide parking lane. Parking lane width could vary up to a half a foot in either direction.

Every road they've worked on has had a lane omitted. Esplanade is one lane. They just announced Tulane Ave. is going from 3 lanes to 2.

My main point was that this isn't really a big deal cost wise if it fit in the existing footprint. That was my issue when this thread came up. But since you can apparently fit two travel lanes, a bike lane, and parking withing the existing footprint while maintaining the neutral ground width; there's no reason not to do it.
