Ah, I'm also in technology in the area, but in a different sector. I've never heard of or met the guy, buy he fits this thread perfectly, by the looks of his profiles.

Your bankruptcy has nothing to do with Coastal Problems except for rock that was paid for that they never received but figuring any of that out would be like finding a needle in a haystack as I found out in the 5s litigation. Also, I quite frankly don't know much about what you are declaring bankruptcy for you had told me that you sold 5s. I would have thought that scored you a pretty penny. Anyway, I hope your hearing goes well on Friday and things settle down for you. Thanks for the offer but we just need to wait and see what happens in this Coastal Erisa & PPP issues.

Appears he is. I heard from someone he got a 12 million main street program loan from the SBA with another person from California. Unlike PPP this one needs to be paid back - there goes more of our taxpayer money never to be recovered. He gets this new 12 million loan, even though they have yet to audit his other PPP loans. Can someone tell me what's going on here?
