We get it...she works in medical field. Doesn’t necessarily mean she will be kept busy right now. If she deals with elective procedures, procedures that can wait, or routine shite like a dental hygienist...I get that they are reducing her hours. Why don’t you share exactly what she does?

We went to unlimited overtime to 40hrs a week yesterday. Plenty of work they just don't want different shifts working together so if one shift gets it they don't spread it to the whole mill. We can only work with our shift and can't be around the day shift workers.
