I did have one funny experience.
Last weekend our Uber driver was a big black woman. I don't remember much about her.
Well, I couldn't find my glasses the next day and they weren't at the bar, so I figured I'd contact my Uber driver. (Bbrou ended up having them)
When she answers, she sounds livid that someone called her. I say, "Hi. You gave me a ride home last night, and I just wanted to check and see if I left my glasses in your car."
She goes off. "No! Ain't nobody leave nothin in my car. I check the car everytime someone gets out and AIN'T NOBODYS STUFF IN MY CAR!"
She was so mad.

Had a similar thing happen to a friend in Nashville. Black women Uber driver made off with his Saints beanie.

I'm 28. I live in New Orleans but grew up on the Northshore. It will happen soon, happens at every location with Uber.

Nothing exciting. It was actually his friend who had them.
I left them at the bar, they found them not even knowing they were mine and took photos in them, posted the photos on FB, I said "THOSE ARE MINE!" and got them back.
