Impressive Op....Keep it up.
Im in my second weak of ideal protein and am down 14. Blood sugar also in the 72-75 range.
Talk to the counselor and asked about maintenance and told him that if i lose 50 i may go paleo. He said phase 4 of ideal protein is largely paleo.

If I lived closer to BR, I'd definitely attend those seminars.
Don't geuss the staff would appreciate me showing up with a goodie basket of boudin balls and sausage

I've struggled with weight also. Don't stop!
Keep going how you are going. You can't be perfect all the time, but only misstep rarely.
I did a "boot camp" and lost 90 lbs. Took a vacation, ate what I wanted, and didn't get back to eating right when I returned.
I then got married and quit working out daily. Gained EVERY POUND back. In no time. I don't even realize what happened.
Now I work 2 jobs and have cut back on eating. I have lost 60 lbs again and this time I'm not letting myself give up and think I can't go back to what I was.
Great job man!

So maybe a reasonable change in lifestyle is that answer? Because I don't know anybody that eats 800 kcals a day as a lifestyle.

Meh. You'll gain it back.
You seem to say this about anyone who loses weight. I remember you recently saying anyone who loses weight on a low carb diet will gain all the weight back once they start eating carbs again. I have also seen you talk about trying to lose weight yourself. I guess you can't seem to drop the pounds yourself and want to try to cut on anyone who can.

Yes, that's the answer. When I was working out I was around 1,000-1,200 calories. Including food. I don't think shakes only is a good way to get used to a lifestyle change.
I learned to eat real foods to get those calorie totals, but I gave up and ate like the fatass that got to 320+ lbs to begin with.
This time around I haven't even been watching calories. Just cutting back and physical work. One of the worst things for us as Americans gaining so much weight is not exercising and working jobs with low physical effort. Just telling yourself when to stop eating and doing something to get your mind off of it will do wonders for getting and keeping your weight down.

I know someone suffering from weight issues, depression, and can basically no longer walk without pain. It's eerie how similar his situation was to yours. I'll be sending this his way.
Thanks for the info.

You seem about one emotional set-back from being 33% body fat again.

IT's possible, but will be easy to gain back if he slips up. Still, 122 pounds takes dedication. Guy should start working out though and change his diet up, imo.
