Happened to me about 6 years ago. Took a long time to get my head right. Lots of random women helped.

There's only one reason I can think of for why she broke up with him. He was cheating or doing something awful that she didn't know about, but then found out last night or this morning. I can't see her just breaking it off if she was interesting in planning stuff and then overnight changed her mind. Something big happened and your friend is too embarrassed to tell you.

Not necessarily true. My engagement was broken off because of a difference in religion.

Chicks NEVER dump a dude until they have another one lined up.

If you are really his best man you will tell the bitch that your friend has been banging a chick on the side anyway.

Throw him a party and celebrate. Sounds like he just dodged a bullet.

Guy's trip for sure with all the guys who were going to be groomsmen. Even if it's something quick and cheap like Orange Beach. He definitely needs a change of scenery for a few days though.

Just be a friend. Hopefully he comes to realize he is far better off although it doesn't appear that way right now.

If that fails, a reach around is the only other option.

Tell him he's lucky that he found out how she truly is before getting married, and thank God! At least he didn't waste years and money on her. Go find a good woman. They're out there.
