No, it will punish her more when she keeps cheating, and he’s been with her more, and she’ll jump to the next dude and pull her daughter out of his life because he isn’t her dad.
The best thing for all parties is to cut his losse now and get out with his son.

Bitches ain’t shite but hoes and tricks. They all have it somewhere in them. Just because they haven’t discovered it, doesn’t mean you have to ignore it
I’m curious why she came clean. Is she acting like she wants to try and work it out with you? Cause don’t believe that shite. If she wanted to stay together she would never have admitted to anything.
Good luck. Reading this made me put myself in your position and I’m not sure how I’d handle it. Just know it would suck.

DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!!
This can not be overstated. Document and record if possible. Start taking your name off every credit card y'all cosigned on. Joint checking? Open your own account in a different bank and get your paycheck direct deposited there. SHE WILL find a reason to blame you

Good Lord this thread is almost as pathetic as it is trashy.
$20 says he still marries her. Any takers?

You should parlay that into Divorced Within 5.

These threads are always so depressing to read.
That sucks, OP, I’m sorry man.

Oh and don't think for one minute she told you because she loves you and couldn't hurt you anymore. She told you because they were busted or she just felt guilty. She did it so she would feel better about herself. Not to help you in anyway. This is toxic. GET OUT NOW. No matter how much you try to forgive her and forget it happened you just can't. You can never truly forgive someone like this.

Good people don’t cheat. Whores do.
I know a lady that happens to be an attorney married to a guy within my family. She was miss goody two shoes perfect, not trashy by any means, had no daddy issues nor any classic signs and issues of 'a cheater'. After a few kids and years later; she was fricking some guy in a car in a walmart parking lot as a prelude to the hotel sex and got caught. Some do it because they just snapped, some do it because of their hormones rage while they snapped; but all are not classic whores.

we can all go on for 40 more pages of advice. the OP doesn't care about the legal ramifications or truly any advice. he is emotional and needed to vent.

He feels like he is. Feelings don’t amount to much inside a courtroom. It’s been explained several times in this thread how this could legally go wrong for the OP - which is why he needs to get an attorney and legally solidify his parental position (if he wants to remain in the daughter’s life ... and even if he doesn’t).

You don’t want to be on the hook for a cheater and your kids.
What? They weren't married so he won't be on the hook for anything. From what he says, he's a very good dad.
What he needs to do, is fight for his kid. Things may get nasty. I'm not exactly sure how documenting her cheating would help because they aren't married, and in the eyes of the law it has no bearing on their situation.
What has bearing, though, is the well being of their kid. Do what's best for your kid. Unless he can prove that she is an unfit mother, the absolute best he can get is joint custody.

Weak sauce. Even if y’all stayed together the relationships is now damaged beyond repair. You will never trust her again, which will tear you guys apart. Also She WILL cheat again.
Best of luck with the kid and be thankful it wasn’t made worse by marriage.
Now hit the gym and ge you some strange

He will spend a ton of money in lawyers/court fees and end up with no custody because he has no legal claim to the child.

If his name is on the birth certificate he most certainly does.

Does the child not have a name listed as father on the birth certificate?

So you're divorced with a son
You decide to date and then later get engaged to woman who was pregnant with a mother mans baby
She leaves her daughter,a toddler, home with you--the babysitter--to go get dicked down
And you're considering staying with her?
My only question for you is JUST HOW BAD ARE YOU TRYING TO frick UP YOUR SONS LIFE
Make better decisions for your son, man.

sound advice. It's time to put your kid back in the #1 slot. Not to mention you don't want your son seeing what this woman has, and what she will do to you again.

OP has fricked up his life and perhaps his son's life. I have no sympathy for someone this stupid.

.....I love semantics on whoring.
The MOs have not changed. Only the canvass has.
OP, Godspeed brother. Tough spot and I truly hope you find that light at the end.
And, as others have said, she ceased up only to alleviate her own guilt. Selfish traits are rife with that one. Get out now.
