You grieve however you need to. I know how this place can serve as an outlet. Many of us have used it for that (myself included). If posting makes you feel better...,do it and frick anyone that has a problem with it.

My biggest thing is he said I want to hold Brooks so bad and I didn't make that happen. We just didn't know.

Can’t agree more with the part of your post about family.

My dad is awesome. He survived a stroke two weeks ago, but has a long road to recovery. Thankful every day for the improvements he makes.

We are close, but even so, you still don’t realize how much you have left to say until they’re dead or fighting for their lives.

Knowing everything you had to go through to have a child..,,just knowing the miracle happened and you have a son and he has a grandson....imagine the happiness those thoughts alone brought him.

So you wait a few weeks before going see your dying father?
