My dryer keeps blowing the start relay. Can anyone help troubleshoot?

Blew first start relay last week when the wife tried running a load of laundry. Purchased and installed a replacement that worked for roughly 20 when testing. Wife went to dry another load of laundry and went out again. I ran my multimeter over all the fuses I know about, which all checked out. Do I call an electrician or dryer repair man? TIA.

Step 1. Switch with your relay team to become the starter
Step 2. Your "dryer" is now blowing you!
Step 3. WIN

You probably have a motor going bad that is drawing too much power. When they go bad they draw more than they would normally, so they blow fuses and relays.

I was fearing this. Was hoping one of you guys could give me an easy and inexpensive fix.

Sounds like the start relay is having a good time... don't be a cockblock
