Same here in Grant Parish.
The Expressway from 165 to 71/ 167 is a state highway,prisoners pick up the trash before mowing but 2 days later can’t tell trash was ever picked up except it’s not chopped up.

I don’t know what’s wrong with people,Grant Parish has dumpster around the parish,there is one 2 miles from my house.Lazy mf’ers will drive up to a dumpster and throw their stinking bags of garbage on the ground.Then dogs tear into it and scatter it all over.

Some of the worst litterbugs are people in the forestry industry which surprises me.Several times after having trees cut I’ve picked up a feed sack or 2 of trash.

I will say this about Roy O Martin/Walsh Timber,they did a thinning job on our property a few years ago.I didn’t find so much as a cigarette butt,they don’t tolerate littering by their loggers.
