The girl takes your name except under very rare exceptions

My wife has kept her maiden name. But that’s because we are both on our second marriage and really weren’t interested in going through the whole name change process. My kids have my name, that’s all that matters. I’m glad that she kept her last name, because it keeps the confusion away because my ex-wife never dropped my last name.

I've heard of a man doing that, some women. Your brother must be a cuck.

I know of someone who is going to blend last names with their wife, and make a new name. Rosenblatt + McDonald = McRosen...

My brother is getting married to a girl with the last name David which is my first name. He's now informed me that they will be merging last names into a hyphenated David-(Our Last Name), which is essentially my name.
