Most state codes require a pool have a minimum 24hr turnover rate. A resort pool may be quicker. it's only shut down for all the water to have that min. turnover time. They won't drain it. But something tells me you won't be swimming in it for a day or two.

Too late. He already threw it away after using it to draw a swastika in the bathroom.

My nephew did the same thing at a pool at our condo. My brother calmly picked him up and whispered, "he pooped in the pool and we need to go" to me and my dad and we bolted out of there

my son pooped in the bathtub last night and I had a fight on my hands to keep him from picking it up, and as I am trying to find something to scoop it out with, he starts splashing doodie water all over me.

Actually, kids are the greatest thing ever. Even poop incidents make your life richer. These are the stories we'll tell our grandchildren when we're in our 80s or 90s.

I wouldn't trade being a parent for a bachelor ever. Bachlordom was great but parentdom is FAR better. Our purpose in life is to create the next generation of humans. If you don't do that you didn't do life right.

My niece did that at the pool of the house we rented with extended family on vacation one year. I probably would have just stayed out of the pool for a day but my mother in law called the management company and they came out, eventually, and shocked the pool. Then we had to stay out for 24 hours. We finally got back in the pool, and the little sh#$@t did it again right away. I wanted to kill her.

That pool probably has so much chlorine in it that there is little to worry about.
