So does she think that cops will just keep policing like it's no big deal while they're admittedly phasing them out?
They will run out of cops well before they're ready to get rid of cops, and I say that not just because they'll never be "ready" but even if that was a possibility, they would not have enough cops well before they got there.
The interviewer asked point blank who comes to my house if someone is breaking in...the interviewee did not answer.

Some people truly do live in a fantasy world.
235 black people were killed by a cop in 2019. Even if we were to assume that every single one of those was unjustified and the person was innocently killed( we know that's not the sake, obviously)
There were 6,237 black people to die as the result of a homicide in 2018.
You are 26x more likely to die by somebody that's not a cop.
Police brutality is a problem, I don't disagree with that. But why do people act as if there are no other crimes that exist outside of those 3-4 cases a year that makes it big on social media and goes nationwide

obviously she had the votes to be elected to city council. Let em do it!!!! We can all sit back and watch. These liberal thinking fools believe government can solve all issues.
You can build all brand new houses for poor people. You can feed em 3 meals a day. You can see to their every need, and there will still be thugs and violence.
Giving people anything only makes matters worse. A person must work and earn, that brings about a feeling of accomplishment that can't be replaced.
Each individual must decide whether they want to be productive or just a leech.

Most fire fighting in cities use the police & fire depts working together, the police for crowd control. Who will protect the firemen under this system? Most cities' ER facilities have LEO on patrol through out the area. Who will protect those medical professionals?When an 18 wheeler is involved in an accident with multiple automobiles. resulting in both fatalities & serious injuries, what social workers' association will be called to the scene? Madness.

Better questions:
Suppose you are home late at night, just you and your children. A man (black or white!) with a gun and ski mask is breaking into your house. If there are no police, who do you call to deal with this situation? What does this have to do with your white privilege?
Could have asked a million different scenarios.

THese are the racists which have ran that department from one party for 50 years. 12 Democrats and 1 Green Party member who have had HALF A CENTURY and they now say trust them this time.....
