Agree....I left BR for AP over 12 yrs ago and I was born and raised there with a house paid for. Today I happened to be in BR on Old Hammond (near Jeff. Hwy) and I was amazed at the for sale signs up on many of these very expensive houses. No way will these people be able to recoup their investment!

I wouldn't build a damn thing within the BR city limits unless I planned on leaving within the next 5 years. The city could be spared a few years if we get Broome out, but it's on a path destined for destruction and there is really no turning back.
