Is there anything worse than a friend or family member who tries to sell you MLM? I don't know which line is worse: "I have a business opportunity and thought you would be a great fit" or "would you rather work 40 hours a week for the next 20 years or 2 hours a week for the next 5 years?" I don't understand why people are so eager give up their dignity for this crap.

I need volunteers for a new product that makes you feel younger, your penis bigger, and lose weight while eating straight chocolate cake. First 10 people to reply get it FREE!!!

3 days later, only 2 people have even acknowledged it.

You have more of a chance of defeating Stage 4 cancer than you do an agressive mid level marketer.

MLMs ruin friendships.

I have a couple friends involved in that crap and I sometimes feel like I have to dodge them cause I don’t want them trying to sell me shite.

And then if they invite you to one of their parties to sell their crap you feel torn cause if you go you know you will be guilted into buying something and if you don’t you might upset your friend. So you make up an excuse not to go.

Just get a real second job Karen like a normal person and quit torturing your friends.

Several women I went to high school with push this stuff called Rodan and Fields. Constantly spamming parties, give a ways, and "Opportunities to be part of a multi billion dollar industry!!!, PM me to see how!!!" They will post before and after pictures of their makeup use and I honestly can't tell any difference whatsoever.

There are some great products sold through MLM but I’d never bug anyone I knew about them.

But if they are that good, I’ll just wait until they hit the “As seen on TV” aisle at wally whirld.

Yep. And usually said friend has nothing to show for it once they realize their mistake.

And they post pics of their eyelashes looking like damn tarantulas on their face.

Like they think it actually looks good and worth the $150 a tube of lash boost they are selling.

fricking hate R&F as well

Yeah studies have shown that majority of women that do MLMs end up losing a lot of money and stuck with product they can’t sell.

We have a growing number of people in this country who believe they shouldn't have to work for anything, and the government should just give them what they need.

I would say that group is worse.

A number of years ago, "scrapbooking" was a big thing and my wife got hooked into one of these MLM things that sold scrabook supplies. She decided to do it and bought a starter kit that cost like $500 but supposedly had "$2500 of stuff in it, so even if this doesn't work out, at least I got a bunch of supplies at a great price!"

12 years and 2 moves later, 80% of that starter kit is in the back of her closet, and she doesn't want to throw it out because "one day I'll have time and take it scrapbooking again".

It's the same gene that causes women to buy crap they don't need at Kohls because it's 70 percent off, such a good deal!!!!

The worst is when the husband and wife both are hitting you up. It reminds me of the Office episode when Michael has the dinner party but he really had them there to try to sell his girlfriends candles.

I had reconnected with an old friend from HS that I ended up blocking because he would only call to try and get me “in on the ground floor” of whatever MLM shite his wife was shilling that month...
