Areas depend on what you're willing to spend, OT Baller Level, and preferred lifestyle (urban vs. rural)
OT Baller Level 0 ($0-$35k/yr): Welcome to North Baton Rouge, pray for the best and own at least 2 guns (one to use, and one for when that first gun gets stolen).
OT Baller Level 1 ($35k-$60k/yr): Head for the older developments out in the suburbs (AP/LP), get the cheaper housing and OK public schools.
OT Baller Level 2 ($60k-$100k/yr): Can choose newer developments in the suburbs and some Baton Rouge developments (Mid City, Hundred Oaks, any of the new cookie cutter developments along Burbank), kids probably go private school, but once kid #2 or #3 reaches school age probably time to pack up and head out to the burbs.
OT Baller Level 3 ($100k-$150k/yr): Can live anywhere OT Baller Level 2 lives + can glance at the more upscale homes (Kennelworth, Shanendoah), can afford to put that extra kid through private school.
OT Baller Level 4 ($150k-$300k/yr): New money neighborhoods (University Club, Willow Grove). Kids go to private school. You'll complain about the cost of sending 4 kids to school, but no one will feel sorry for you.
OT Baller Level 5 ($300k+/yr): Big money neighborhoods (CCLA, Highland Road, on the LSU lakes), etc... kids go to boarding school where they get hooked on drugs anyway.
OT Baller Level 0 ($0-$35k/yr): Welcome to North Baton Rouge, pray for the best and own at least 2 guns (one to use, and one for when that first gun gets stolen).

Flip the neighborhoods. Most places in Mid city or Hundred Oaks are much more than Kenilworth/Shennedoah.

Where is SouthDowns on this list? How can you not list that neighborhood?
Solid work though. Upvote for the effort.
