My nephew lost his scholarship due to grades last year and is off to S Tx to work in the oilfield for the next 5 weeks. College isn't for everyone. But hey, $90k is not bad for the first year.

A number of college focused dealers live in or around that spot.
Of course, I knew of one or two with the balls to do it in an in-campus apartment as well so there is that.

I lived in Plaza my last year.
And I am so glad I was able to avoid a lot of the headaches by getting in on an out of season date.

I don't know why anyone would ever want to or deal with these mega student housing companies that have one move in day.
I always just rented a house. It was cheaper, you had more room, and didn't have to deal with bullshite like this.
