The Land Cruiser 250 is a huge pile of disappointment. I wouldn’t call it overrated though. Most people that like Land Cruisers know it sucks.

That’s why you go for the 300.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Renegade with 18,000 miles on it last summer. It’s been one problem after another since then. It was built in Italy so I am sure that is probably 50% of the problem.

Anything over 40k unless you are wealthy. It's a vehicle.
Mine is over 40K, paid for and I’m far from wealthy.

Almost every plaudite you gave the LX is not indicative of a "driver's car". If you had been in an X7 in the mountains, you would have seen a huge difference in handling prowess. The solid rear axle just doesn't allow great handling on-road. Excellent vehicle but doesn't rate as a driver's car in any way shape or form.
Knew a guy with an X7 a few years ago. We had a heavy snow, and his low profile tires he had for handling couldn’t get him out of his driveway. I’m buying an SUV, I want it to at least pretend it can do what it’s supposed to.

911, Corvette
Peak overrated (and I think OP is an idiot for this thread)
I've driven both many times, except for the latest generation of them. Maybe they've both made some major strides with the latest iteration, but throughout the years the Corvette especially has been disappointing and poor quality, poor handling, stiff ride, and slower than the comparatively cheap Challenger RT I had for a while.
It should be noted that I didn't exactly *love* the Challenger, it had its own issues with ride quality and cheap feel. But it would absolutely feel more lively and engaging than the Corvettes and Porsches I've driven

Yeah but Rav has never been a crazy overpriced vehicle like many of these ridiculous monster trucks that 95% of owners don’t need.
