We’re so used to seeing women with makeup on, that it surprises us to see them without it on. The older they get the more different they look without it. Makeup can make an average woman look good.

This is stupid.
If you want to compare them with and without makeup, in the no-makeup pics they should still have their hair done and be smiling/posing for the photo.

This is true. But women are basically changing the way they look with makeup. Easily make a nose look smaller or cheek bones look more pronounced. Cover up bad skin. Obviously it's noticeable close up. But not in pictures.

These are celebrities who are paid for their looks and acting. Nothing wrong in talking about the performance of someone’s job. Also, I would stop defending them before they advocate to turn your local city into the next Baltimore and Chicago.
