I switch it up sometimes. But I try to workout in the morning, then I go back in the evening and do cardio.

I've tried all hours until I found the time slot when they have the most yoga pants. I'm self employed.

I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me.

So far working out early am before work ensures I actually work out. Seems like if I try to workout after work....I'm just too tired at that point and will find any excuse to not do it. It's a nice feeling when you get off work and realize you can go home and relax cause you've already worked out that day.

Lift in the mornings before work. Usually get up at 0400 and in the gym by 0500. I train jits or box in the evenings 3 days a week now that my kids are older.

Work out at lunch time. I have an hr lunch break, gym is right by my work so this is much easier than before or after work for me.

I workout after work.

I'm 32 married without kids. It takes an hour to get to work so I don't want to get up earlier than that. My wife is always there when I get there. I usually get home around 7:00. I would really like to find a job closer to home so I could get home around 6:00.

Run in the evenings when the sun is almost set. Occasional stationary bike, also evenings. I hate mornings to the point where even my 8AM wakeup time for work kills me.

26, unmarried, no kids, live with SO but he lives away from home 70% of the year - 2 weeks on/1 week off - so I don't run (and ruin my diet as well) when he's home.

My gym is really close to work, so I've been going at lunch. Lunch is the best time to go since it doesn't take additional time off your day.

Sometimes I'll do after work also. Usually it's weights at lunch and/or cardio after work.

Wish I could do the lunch thing but if I workout, shower, and eat I'd need 2+ hours.

I go in the mornings before my wife and kids even think about waking up. It allows for me to be healthy and also not take time away from them after work.

After work on weekdays - I try to start between 4:00-6:00 depending on how much I have going on at work. And around 10:00 AM-1:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

I used to do mornings about 3-4 years ago but I stay up too late at night now.

28. No kids.
