More Uvalde Police Fun: They didn’t attempt to even open the doors of the classroom

OK, start building the gallows. Public execution for all these fricking cowards. Hang them for all the world and other cowardly cops to see. Honestly we should turn these fricking cowards into Reeks. Didn’t even check the fricking door.

Surveillance footage shows that police never tried to open a door to two classrooms at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde in the 77 minutes between the time a gunman entered the rooms and massacred 21 people and officers finally breached the door and killed him, according to a law enforcement source close to the investigation.
Investigators believe the 18-year-old gunman who killed 19 children and two teachers at the school on May 24 could not have locked the door to the connected classrooms from the inside, according to the source.
All classroom doors at Robb Elementary are designed to lock automatically when they close and can only be locked or unlocked from the outside with a key, the source said. Police might have assumed the door was locked. Yet the surveillance footage suggests gunman Salvador Ramos, 18, was able to open the door to classroom 111 and enter with assault-style rifle — perhaps because the door malfunctioned, the source said.
Another door led to classroom 112.
Ramos entered Robb Elementary at 11:33 a.m. that day through an exterior door that a teacher had pulled shut but that didn’t lock automatically as it was supposed to, indicating another malfunction in door locks at the school.
Police finally breached the door to classroom 111 and killed Ramos at 12:50 p.m. Whether the door was unlocked the entire time remains under investigation.

Looks like that other shoe is starting to drop.
And I guess maybe I was being too generous.
I assumed they probably shot a kid(and maybe that’s still in the cards), but that would have taken them doing something other than what they have proven up to the this point, all they were good for, which is nothing.

Good grief, was it propped open with a rock, too?

Almost like the cops were ordered to stand down. Out of what, 19 cops - you mean to tell me that not 1 had the nads to do their job? Not 1 was brave enough to save children?

I think we have all the evidence we need to reach the conclusion that the Uvalde Police Department is a bunch of pussies.

Just because you are cop, doesn’t mean you are a sheep dog.
Sheep dogs are rare. Apparently, and tragically, there were none around for this event.

And to top it off, Governor Abbot, (the guy who was in such a rush to get on TV that he got the wrong "facts") has now seen to it that all body camera footage and other memos about the findings will be released in 6 months, 1 month after the general election. He is also saying that these documents contain critical information that bad guys might use about police tactics.
This same group had live shooter practice just 3 months before. So much for the argument about training teachers and police how to respond.

Looks like some door manufacturers are about to be hit with a hefty lawsuit also

That's not their job, something that's been upheld by the Supreme Court. But my guess is most people here will still love cops anyway.
