It’s crazy how tense every one there is when they’re under the gun compared to Wichita residents or the other towns around. It’s for good reason given their history but still.

Radar season is still open. If that storm in Frederick has one with it, that radar won't last. It would be a direct hit.

Confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado with that one now.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM CDT FOR SOUTH CENTRAL COMANCHE...WEST CENTRAL COTTON AND EAST CENTRAL TILLMAN COUNTIES...

At 954 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was located 4 miles north of Loveland, moving east at 10 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

That weakness on the reflectivity is impressive. That’s where the tornado is.

The thing is barely moving, too. Hopefully it stays in open fields.

That tornado has been on the ground for approaching a half hour now and has covered less than three miles of ground.
