At least 50% of the 20-30 something women in Austin have a few tats so idk how someone could get by here if that's a deal breaker.

I have a friend dating a chick with both, nose ring and arm tats.
The nose ring (not stud) is trashy, but her tattoos bring it to a whole 'nother level. Doesn't help that they are a collection of the worst done tattoos I've ever seen IRL.
