Best little fan theory about Danhausen and the Judgement Day is that Dom gets shocked by Danhausen's machine and forgets about the last few years (temporarily) and goes babyface for a while, makes up with his Dad and tries to get back with Rhea.

Possibly. Some sources said it was to make sure everyone got a long week for the Fourth. That makes sense, but they have canceled 5-6 live shows so far this year it looks like. That means they probably had to pay a penalty to the venue and refund all tickets.
I think Smackdown might be getting phased out pretty soon. I do think it dilutes the brand a little bit by having half the roster just not see each other except for PLEs.

I thought I read or heard it's going back to two hours soon.
ETA: I wish they'd just have some wrestlers mostly on Smackdown, some mostly on RAW but no hard/ rule that says they are exclusive to each show. Roman can be mostly on RAW but if he needs to go to Smackdown, there shouldn't need to be a "trade" or some "negotiations" for it.
ETA2: Cole has gone too far, suggesting Dom needs to go back to jail and now he's making fun of JD for getting cursed and electricuted. What a lowlife!
