Also, if you’re off on a Monday, then you have the rest of the week to catch up if needed. It’s much easier to manage.
If you are off on a Friday, there can be that pressure all week to squeeze your workload into the beginning of the week.
I usually have plans if I’m taking a three day weekend. It’s easy to knock off early on a Friday and get my weekend started.
