I do commercial HVAC. Climbed up inside a large piece of ductwork to do some work on a heater and stirred up a bunch of mold. Sucked in a bunch of that shite. That was Wednesday and I came down with bronchitis type symptoms the next day. Felt like hammered shite the last two days. I'm a little better today but still coughing up a bunch of nasty stuff.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so how long to get over it?

TL/DR: Stirred up mold, got sick as hell, how long to get over it?

Lol good luck with that. My second cousin did the same shite and sounds like your symptoms were about the same. He was dead within 2 weeks.

That is a recordable. You should go to the Dr. Can be very serious.

Thats scary.

I helped my hvac cousin for a couple weeks during the summer. The amount of unknown shite he breathes in is bad news. I would've worn a mask but didn't want to look like a pussy. If I were to do that as a profession, I'd def suck it up and wear some protection.

I'm mostly refering to the different types of insulation that contains who knows what but mold is obviously a concern too.

I had on a dust mask. I should have worn a full respirator in hindsight.
