And why does this matter? Once again, to get it through your thick skull, seeking attention and people paying attention are not the same thing and are mutually exclusive.

It's like you're totally clueless to the whole "going viral" thing on the internet. Before this thread, I had no clue who Mo Isom was nor did I know she had a blog. But someone knew her and they posted a link here. Now anyone who comes to Tigerdroppings (which at the moment is 3,626 people) can not only see her blog, but can also spread her blog by posting a link to it on any number of other sites. Then everyone who sees those sites can do the same and on and on.
If anything following your logic would mean that the OP is an attention whore for posting this here. But then again the whole point of the OT is for post like this so if you didn't want to read this you wouldn't be browsing the OT

This chick def wants attention. The question is she a whore? Now can one de-whore? There is no question she used to be one.

By your logic, someone that posts daily videos on YouTube, talking about their sexual exploitations is not an attention whore because nobody was forced to click on the video. It is clear that you just don't get it.

My point is that being an attention whore does not require the act of others paying attention. Do you have reading comprehension issues???

If they don't have a following then all of a sudden start talking about sexual exploits seeking to get one they would be an attention whore.

Yes, Christianity has been reforming whores since the time of Christ. It is a beautiful thing, and I'm being serious.

Let me get this straight. Someone, who whores himself out for attention, can not be considered an attention whore if he gains a following??
So I guess Miley Cyrus is not an attention whore because she has a following.
Holy hell, I just don't know what to say.

She got the benefit of not having to keep it in her pants, while still looking brave. Her husband must really be proud that his colleagues, friends and family have access to the details of his wife's college arse fricking stories. I'm sure the kid will be ecstatic when school comes around and people start asking about mom too. Non-anonymous internetz is serious, permanent business.

If you're content is consistent then no you're not an attention whore.
Miley Cyrus content certainly hasn't been consistent.

People do not just post their sexual history on the internet where anyone and everyone can see it, unless they want anyone and everyone to know said history. Unless you're a clueless kid who does not know anything about the internet, you know everything you post on a blog, FB, or whatever is out in the open for everyone to see. Once you post something on social media, you've lost all ability to control who sees or does not see what you've posted.
She may as well have rented a billboard on the side of the interstate and plastered the words "And I would lay in my own emotional filth in a college bed filled with lust and regret and lost dignity and I would wonder why they would whisper and laugh to themselves when I told them we couldn’t go ALL the way because I was a virgin. Yet, like a fool, I would roll over and give pieces of myself away to make sure my newest friend knew I could still meet all of his other needs." in big bold letters for all the world to see.
