Who is up for requiring Spanish stations who broadcast in Spanish provide English in their SAP audio channels.
Most English programming has SAP for Spanish.
The even crazier SAP has descriptions so in between dialogue you have someone describing the scene.

Don't we already have enough f'ing "heritage" months? My damn people were looked down upon when they got here...I demand German Heritage Month in October and Norwegian Heritage Month in January. Either we're a f'ing melting pot or we aren't.
