while I'm all for letting the judicial process go through fully (meaning let it go through the 2nd trial)...

if there's 1 lawyer I'm immediately not believing half of their argument... it's Gloria Allred

Good. I think he was innocent. It's the 80s. Nothing counted.

You know he didn't need shite to get Janice Dickenson to frick him. She was probably coked out of her skull before he even said word one to her.

Okay, so where is the proof? If this happened 60 times surely there is real evidence for at least one of the accusations?

I'm not crazy about prosecuting cases like this so many years after the incident took place, but the secret recording of Cosby apologizing to the accuser's mother, calling himself a "sick man" and offering to pay for her therapy and offering her other financial assistance is strong circumstantial evidence of a guitly person.

Also, the fact that he admitted giving this woman "Benadryl" fits her story perfectly that she was drugged.

And the deposition testimony from years ago when he said he didn't hear her say "no" and she "didn't stop" him sounded bad because he said himself that he was "somewhwere in between permission and rejection" and she stated that she wanted to stop him, but could do nothing due to the drug. It's pretty clear to me.

If this isn't cool, then most of my sexual experiences in my college days could land me in the slammer in the next 20 years.

didn't see a NOT GUILTY verdict so this POS didn't get off instead he gets to get another trial so the one lone holdout won't be a problem in the next trial. He is a sick perverted rapist.

When did guilty until proven innocent become the standard the court is required to meet?

I believe the accuser's hair cost her a juror or two.

Any lawyers on here have trouble cleaning up a client, or cleaning off the crazy? Her photos at time of the incident she looks normal. Her photos in court look absolutely crazy. fricking hair. Her lawyers had to want to talk to her? No?
