It means the government will have to do the whole trial over. Unless the government decides not to bother with it again and dismisses or offers a plea deal.

They've got Ben Carson. They don't need Cosby anymore.

Plus black people would get more shite from their own if they dared cross over into the right leaning world of politics.

if somebody accused you of rape and you got off would you tell people the same thing about yourself?

so, were you there when he raped these girls? or are you just SURE they COULDN'T be lying.

sure, he definitely could have done it, but acting like you know he did is stupid shite dude.

He's not a rapist because the American justice system couldn't convict him. He's free.

That whole reasonable doubt thing. It's just so frustrating! Women should be able to send any man to prison at their whim!

I didn't see a NOT GUILTY verdict so this POS didn't get off instead he gets to get another trial so the one lone holdout won't be a problem in the next trial. He is a sick perverted rapist.

Sorta true. He was the highest profile black person saying blacks should be accountable for their own plight, like get an education, have children with your wife, etc...
What's not to like about that?

Wonder if they'll try to try him again.

from the OP's link

quote:

When Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele announced that he plans to retry the case, there was a small gasp in the gallery. [Judge] O'Neill ordered that Cosby must remain out on bail.
