I think trolls have finally found a place in society. We need idiocy to combat the idiocy. Gotta hand it to them, they've successfully marginalized this whole sham and ratcheted up the absurdity.

I agree. I just hope this doesn't bring Baltimore or Ferguson level looting and violence to Mizzou.
Hopefully the trolling diffuses the whole thing. I'm not sure if the "outraged" people are recognizing this as calling them out. They may interpret it (intentionally) as harassment and may use it to justify whatever comes next.

It succeeds by muddying up the hashtags. It's the equivalent of what they are doing when they shout someone down. By flooding the hashtag with hundreds of troll tweets it loses its effectiveness. If you are a sjw your voice is buried by dumb shite like hitlers cat.
