Heard on the scanner an officer was dispatched to a call of people chanting outside a dorm and going around banging on doors with what the caller thought was a weapon

I mean, if kids can get expelled for plagiarism, why not something like that? And being the student body president who abused his power to deceive fellow students about potential violence on campus?
