Supposedly the poo swastika is unconfirmed. The RA of the floor it was "found" only became aware when a flyer was posted about it. There were no pictures and nobody confirmed cleaning it. Someone tweeted a picture of it, but a reverse image search found the image on reddit over a year ago.
