I didn't see this posted. Strange case of what appears to be a one-car accident and a missing 21-year old student with surname of Landry.

That’s strange. Do they have any theories on how or where he disappeared to?

Internal injuries maybe? He was able to walk away initially but then had issues?

What a strange story.

literally nothing

they found his wrecked car and all his belongs

my guess is someone hit him in a big arse truck while driving drunk, probably on the way home from twin peaks, realized he was dead, panicked and grabbed his body and dumped it in the san marcos river somewhere, and is now wondering if anyone will ever be able to tie it back to them

Just out of curiosity, Winston, what do you drive?

i used to take hwy 80 to luling, there are a lot of areas to do 2 lane country hwy passing, but you have to get back over before the oncoming truck doing 80+

i have almost been in a head on there before. i think that is probably how he wrecked

Can't imagine being his parents running through all those scenarios, especially right before Christmas.

Sounds like a life ruiner. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

it says his car was found on salt flat road, which would be out of the way for a trip to i10 from san marcos. so he went north potentially? that doesnt add up.. i know luling does have some drug problems but i am not ready to say it is that. more of a sleepy old person town.

there is a little pond they ran sonar in i am guessing it is the one here: LINK

it is near superior disposal, possibly drove his car with an accomplice and dumped it in a garbage pile/disposal?

there is no reason for his car to be in that area while commuting to houston

Iphone GPS will route you north at Luling, for about 15 miles, then put you back on I-10. Not sure why, but could be a reason for going north.

yea 80 turns into salt flat road so he kept going and didnt realize he needed to get to 183 i guess

followed the black route and not the red route to i10
