I'm sure they still care about and live her, but have been very disappointed with her choices and the direction her life seems to have been going.

I did not read all of the posts, but sadly this girl is likely either dead or strung out somewhere. I hope I am wrong. Still holding out hope.

I don't think you actually meant to come off like that but the end product you typed was beyond harsh for a family that just lost their daughter. I can promise you that they still remember her first steps, words, and plenty of diaper duty.
