Unless they believe that war is inevitable anyway so they might as well take the first swing, in which case Seoul will be laid to dust

Many of the people living outside the capital are also dirt poor and uneducated.
They also have labor camps where whole families are sometimes kept. The facts are from people who have escaped from NK. It's a shithole and their leaders won't attack the USA because they know that'll be the end of them.

Literally none of this gives me any reason to change my view of we should not go to war. Who cares that they hate us? Our media talks about going to war and nuking them too. We're loaded with propaganda and bullshite (WMDs in Iraq, killing of Ghaddafi)--NK is a 2/10 on the threat scale. They can't do shite.
The whole world hates us, that doesnt mean we should wage war on them. Your info isnt anything 99.9% of people dont already know. We could end NK in a day.

They also haven't demonstrated the ability to build a weapon small enough to fit on one of their missiles.

This. As much as people think we know what's going on with US military capabilities, we actually have no idea. The US has top secret programs and weapons that we won't know about for 30 plus years.

Honestly, I'd be more worried about their artillery. They have hundreds of artillery pieces zeroed in on Seoul. If they start a barrage, a whole bunch of people will die and never see it coming and the only way to stop it is to attack NK.
