Update: Generalizing the L-series of non-polynomial equations proved fruitless. The Hecke operators for such a class of equations is non-homomorphic. It’s very likely that such an effort of establishing the modularity of non-polynomial equations is unprovable.

I’ll mow the lawn and head down to listen to the Gospel choir at the local Pentecostal church. Perhaps I’ll get some inspiration.

Maybe he could’ve instead done a little math and gave Hamilton half of the award. Bet Hamilton would’ve appreciated that.

The funny thing about the Matt Damon problem in Good Will Hunting is that it is so easy any fifth grader could solve it.
