In LA, the only malls that seem to be thriving are the outdoor ones with high end dining and high end anchors. People walk their dogs, bring the whole family, etc. I’m not sure how much actual shopping is taking place, but the eateries are typically busy.
Funny how they'll build these, but frick the downtowns of those cities...
