A new joint venture company made up of national construction firms with a history of building levees and bridges in Louisiana has been selected by the state coastal authority to oversee construction of the proposed $800 million Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion in Plaquemines Parish.

The then-defunct Brown&Root name was acquired and resurrected by Bernhard Capital Partners and is headquartered in Baton Rouge. Bernhard is trying to capitalize on the 100 year old name.
I've heard of Parsons but not the others.

800 mil is a pretty good price for something of this magnitude. I'm interested in seeing the design differences mid Breton and barataria.
