did you see any blood?

I didn't know this was a requisite to claim being attacked.

Just because you intend to kill does not mean you have to dumbass.

A gun is the last resort and should not be used to threaten someone. If you pull a gun on someone you should have the intent to pull the trigger. This was not her intention. She was using it in a threatening manner to get what she wanted out of the situation. I'm not saying what she did is illegal however the last resort should be pulling a gun and this certainly was not a "last resort" situation.

No.
Firing the gun should be the last resort. you can pull a firearm with the intention to use it, but then not use it because the threat stopped being threatening.

Should you be prepared to kill anything you point a gun at? Yes. Should you always kill what/who you are prepared to kill? Absolutely not. If I pull my weapon and that act alone de-escalates the situation ending the grave danger that caused me to pull my weapon in the first place I am not killing someone just because I happen to have my gun out.

they were all acting stupid, daughter was in the middle of it. there's no way to tell who started it and who was at fault. the daughter was clearly not in danger of her life nor being "attacked." gun puller should be booked and charged, and her license taken away. she said, she said, she said.

It's early, but that might be the dumbest thing posted on TD today. Pintail is a close second. Strong work.

Everyone involved. And you don't pull a gun and point it over pushing and shoving or even hair pulling.

As is the case in other situations, we must always see what happened before the video started before pointing a finger at one single person

Got the impression you were talking about one person. Wonder how that happened.

Wait, so we have to see what happened to label one person but it's ok to label them all based on the same limited info? You're not making a lot of sense here.

Meh. Parents are going to be protective of their kids.

I'm kind of impressed that she clearly knew what she was doing

Backed up and took a perfect stance. Two hand hold

yep. No idea What started it.

That said, my money is on the hair puller probably being the bad one

Yes people fighting at Walmart for whatever reason are POS, plural. And anyone who pulls a gun out at Walmart due to pushing and shoving and hair pulling is a TPOS, singular.
