Even Atlanta had to end Freaknik many years ago because they can’t congregate in multi-day events without creating chaos.

Maybe Grande Isle can make a bid for their vacation dollars!

I predict this lasts right up until the first "you are racist!!!!" protests and riots.

Then they will back down. Doesn't matter how right you are or how many stabbings, rapes, robberies or shootings you can document. Nothing survives the modern "racist!" attack by the left. Protests will be led by some middle-aged orange hair single mother of five from Seattle.

Don’t think so. Nobody is saying people can’t congregate or come enjoy themselves. Just that during a very specific event that occurred last year, municipal restrictions will be enforced.

You may be right, but I don’t think Miami is the town that outside progressive pressure would sway.

I look forward to seeing these great folks add to the colorful events here in the Biloxi area.
