I just went outside and looked. Almost a full moon, and the sky is lit up. No way you can see any meteors.

That's exactly what I'm seeing, except lightening is more to my south.
No fricking meteors though.

I saw it in Prairieville. It was very impressive. I thought it was fireworks when I saw it out of the corner of my eye, then I followed it across the sky
