Metairie restaurant owner arrested for assaulting employee

He was released because abusing waiters is total legal and encouraged in the restaurant biz. How do I know it was a waiter and not a cook? Because a real cook would have stabbed his arse.

Ive eaten there a few times and have had pretty terrible service, so Im not surprised that it seems to be a cultural problem at this establishment.
